Infants/Pre School
$10.00 a day up to 10 hours.
School Age
$8.60 a day for before and after days.
$10.00 a day up to 10 hours for Inservice and all full days.
We DO NOT offer part time care.
Registration Fee
A fee equal to one week’s payment per child is required upon registration. For subsidized
families, the full subsidized rate for one complete billing period will be charged.
Upon your child’s withdrawal from the centre this fee will be refunded to you assuming that
your fees are paid to date and you have provided the centre with the required two weeks
notice.
If your account has an outstanding balance, the registration fee shall be applied towards the
said balance.
Late Payment Fees
On the 11th day past the due date a $20.00 late fee may be imposed and a letter sent to the
parent/guardian requesting payment in the next 10 days.
If the account is not paid after 21 days, a letter will be sent to the parent/guardian advising the
space will be terminated on the 30 day overdue.
If amounts are still not paid in full, then the account will be sent to a collection agency.
Late Pick-Up Fee
If a parent/guardian arrives prior to 6:00 p.m. but has not left the centre by 6:00 p.m., Sugar-n-
Spice reserves the right to charge a late fee for every minute after 6:00 p.m. The charge is
$1.00 a minute per child.
If a parent/guardian arrives after 6:00 p.m., Sugar-n-Spice reserves the right to charge a late
pick-up fee. This charge is $20.00 per child if the parent/guardian arrives after 6:00 p.m. but
before 6:30 and $40.00 per child if the parent/guardian arrives between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m.
P.A.D. Fees
PAD fees are $1.50 per family transaction. This will be added to your monthly invoice.
